2.3 Not a Healthcare Provider

  • We are NOT a healthcare provider
  • We do NOT provide medical advice
  • We do NOT replace professional medical care

2.4 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime
  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance
  • Features may change or be discontinued
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted access

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Creation

Requirements:

  • Select user role (Caregiver, Helper, Family)

Prohibited:

  • False or misleading information
  • Impersonating others
  • Multiple accounts (without permission)
